Magnets are Magical … great presents, too!

Remember the first time you used a magnet? WOW! How does that happen? Honestly, I think I actually remember that myself or perhaps it was when I taught kindergarten and we played games with magnets and the kids were in awe of that magical sticking power.

Magnets can be great gifts for the holiday season, especially for stocking stuffers or one of the eight nights of Hanukkah. Include a bag of metal objects that would stick to magnets and your child can put on a “magnetic magic show” for the whole family! He can walk around the house to see what sticks, too.

I’m not just being creative here. It happened with Ryan on Sunday. It was her first experience with a magnet. At age three she honestly thought it was magic. What else could it be? What fun to watch her face!
