Movie Favorites – Get Cozy

The holidays are approaching and you’ll have plenty of time to spend with kids. Try sharing YOUR favorite childhood movies with them. Get out the popcorn, the blankets (if getting warmer makes it more fun) and just cozy up together.

We did it with Ryan yesterday. Only three years old, sitting through “The Sound of Music” was not going to happen but she loved some of our favorite scenes and I felt like it was a dream come true – three generations!! The DVD came in a gift box with a book that I got from Amy and Hope and my nieces. They knew it would be just perfect for me. Plus, Ryan and I looked at the pictures together before we played the movie which was great preparation. She couldn’t wait for the puppet show!
