Valentine Decorations

That heartfelt holiday is almost here and how does your house look? Do you have any hearts showing off the love and appreciation you feel for the world? That’s what Ryan decided we all needed — Valentine decorations, inside AND outside the house.

It’s easy enough to do — well, if you aren’t much of an artist like me! Get lots of red construction paper and starting cutting hearts — all kinds of sizes. In fact, look for the biggest paper you can find. Then how about designing them? What kind of stuff do you have in the house to make them three-dimensional? Buttons? Little pieces of fabric or gift wrap? How about pasta shapes or Cheerios? Can you imagine hanging hearts with Cheerios from trees — the birds will really love you!

Dream up your own fun-filled Valentine decorations and help your children share their love in all kinds of creative ways!
