Just in time for Halloween you can make these adorably creative mummy pops. Perfect for KIDFUN and getting into the spooky spirit with the kids! Jessica of CopyCake Cook, a blog about food, life and photography, was nice enough to share these directions.

 1. A basic sugar cookie recipe or store-bought mix
2. White frosting
3. Lollipop sticks
4. A pastry bag
5. A small or medium petal piping tip
6. And some colorful halloween candies, including 24 eyeballs (Wilton Candies).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Divide sugar cookie dough, and roll into 12 balls. Push one lollipop stick into each ball of dough. Gently flatten each ball. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Using a spatula carefully remove cookie pops. This should make two batches.
Allow the cookie pops to cool fully. Fit a pastry bag with a petal pastry tip. Fill pastry bag with white frosting. “Glue” eyeballs onto each cooking using a dab of frosting.  Then, turn the cookie into a mummy by frosting overlapping mummy wrap stripes on each cookie. Decorate as desired using halloween sprinkles and candies.
