Be a Choreographer

Kids love to dance … they are creating dances all the time! They’re choreographers! Whether it’s twirling, marching or standing on their tippy toes. Try it intentionally with music playing — perhaps, something upbeat and contemporary like a Lady Gaga song. OR, how about The Rainbow Collection from the Muppet Movie. What different dance routines they’ll come up with! Actually, let your kids teach YOU how to dance as you both move along to the beat of the music.
